Just wanted to say a big thank you for arranging and moving the plastic toilet down at Chattenden for me yesterday (25/06/2025). I know it might seem like nothing as it is your bread and butter but I am also aware that this relocation (800m away) would have most likely been more of a hindrance to do than anything else, as it literally took minutes. Laura also knows that I changed the timing late on and was totally accommodating with that. Also Tony Charles who was the gent that carried out the job, he didn’t come in there with a bad attitude because of a move that would almost seem hardly worth it to some, he was totally the opposite. Bubbly, friendly and totally accommodating to our needs.

Just a quick note to say A1 Loos have attended site on time every week since they took over the contract to service our groundhog.
We have had the same operative, Adam, who regularly calls me 15 minutes before he attends site and does a fine job not just emptying the unit but cleaning it, stocking up on toilet paper and leaving the toilet cubicle the way you would wish to find it.

I am getting in touch to say a massive thank you to you and the whole team across the whole event. It was great working with you on this project and thank you for your slick delivery of all of the sites. The team helped to get over 700 riders across the finish line and complete the 980 mile journey over the 9 days. The riders have raised £1.2 million so far and raising for hundreds of charities. The impact of this event is huge and you are a huge part of this success. Massive thanks for your support on this event, is is a beast and I hope you and the team enjoyed it.
