Established in 1990, A1 Wet Waste deliver innovative, integrated drainage and waste management solutions for both commercial and domestic customers across the South East of England. Our work includes domestic CCTV and drain unblocking, cesspit and septic tank emptying and larger commercial work such as welfare servicing and long-term drainage maintenance.
About The Role
As a CCTV Drainage Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out CCTV surveys of drainage systems, diagnosing issues, and delivering accurate reports to support our clients in resolving drainage problems. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct CCTV surveys of drainage systems using specialist equipment.

Identify defects, blockages, and structural issues within drainage networks.

Produce clear, detailed reports and provide recommendations for remedial work.

Liaise with clients on-site in a professional manner.

Work collaboratively with jetting/tanker teams when required.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain equipment to a high standard and report any faults.
Requirements

Previous experience as a CCTV Drainage Engineer or similar role.

Strong understanding of drainage systems and industry best practice.

Experience using CCTV reporting software.

Confined Space Training (desirable but not essential).

Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Standard working hours Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm
Weekend shifts and overtime are available also.
