Accounts Payable Assistant


About The Role

A1 Loo Hire are seeking a full time Accounts Payable Assistant to join their small, friendly team in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are looking for a candidate that is organised and motivated in the office environment and previous Sage experience would be advantagous.


  • Processing supplier invoices and office expenses
  • Processing the weekly supplier payment runs
  • Ensuring all invoices and expenses are authorised
  • Ensuring all employee expenses and supplier invoices are allocated to the correct business area
  • Dealing with supplier queries in relation to their invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliation

Experience required:

  • Similar previous experience of accounting or working in an accounts team
  • Excel and Microsoft office experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Sage
  • Strong communication skills
